Our Process
1. Initial Conversation
We will establish your current financial position and needs for obtaining finance. By the end of the discussion, we will determine your eligibility for finance.
2. Collection of Documents
We will send you our short application form to complete along with a list of documents required to commence work on your loan application.
3. Research and Solution
We will do the leg work to find and negotiate the best home loan that the lending market can off you. We will then present you with our recommendation and the reasons for our choice of lender and product.
4. Sign Loan Contracts
Once all conditions have been met, formal approval will be issued. Shortly after, loan contracts will be generated for you to sign.
5. Settlement
A date and time is booked for settlement. We then work with all relevant parties to ensure they are ready. Settlement is complete and its time to celebrate.
6. Financial Health Check
Our service does not stop there. As financial circumstances and market conditions are constantly changing, we will check in with you every half year and yearly to ensure that you still have the right loan and structure.
